When Change Freight launched in 2007, it was our goal to really get to know our customers and their requirements before taking on any enquiry.

We wanted to operate with true gentleman’s old-fashioned values and vowed to only accept any job if we could guarantee absolute customer satisfaction. From the start we have always focused on the personal touch and we genuinely care a great deal about our customers.

I, personally have a real passion for what we do here in the logistics industry and strongly believe the international background of the management team has opened a lot of doors for us and helped us to create strong and well established networks, globally.

Of course, we will always service the one off transactions that come our way with our trademark professionalism, but it’s the rich relationships we share with our customers that keep us driving our business forward.

Which freight to choose

Freight can be booked on a variety of modes, including ships, airplanes, trucks, and railroads – or a combination of modes to deliver a full end-to-end service. Once we understand your requirements, we’ll help you to tailor the most effective solution.

Documentation

Our expertise and infrastructure also allows us to help you process all the documentation associated with transferring your goods. We can assist you with all documents and other activities relating to international shipments such as commercial invoices, shipper's export declarations, bills of lading and any other documents required by the carrier or country of export or import.

It is essential that export documents be absolutely correct if international transactions are to be trouble free. For your peace of mind, we are able to produce documents that comply with exporter's instructions, issue letters of credit and ensure that all regulatory requirements in the importer's country are adhered to.

Supplier network

We conduct business with only the best suppliers, who have similar values to our own. We have built many firm relationships over the years with various suppliers, built on these values. As an International freight forwarder, we always ensure your cargo is handled with the best equipment and leaders in the industry.

Cost management

Change Freight Forwarding + Consulting makes regular "block bookings" on ships and aircrafts. We are therefore able to consolidate the cargo from a number of individual exporters and, in some circumstances, pass on the savings to our clients in the form of reduced freight rates.

We are able to assist exporters in calculating the cost involved in exporting goods to a particular destination. We can also advise on the most economical means of transport, i.e. air, sea or a combination of both - and advise whether savings can be achieved by deferring dispatch, for example, until the next consolidated consignment leaves.

Tracking your cargo

At Change Freight Forwarding, we are able to monitor the movement and location of particular cargo from the time it leaves the exporter's premises to the time it arrives at the importer's premises, so we know where your cargo is at all times.

Storage

We have the facility to store outgoing and incoming cargo and this facility usually extends to Bond Storage. We are also able to arrange an inspection by the Australian Customs Service or other agencies if this cannot be conveniently accomplished at the exporter's premises.
