To provide a cost effective service, we make regular “block bookings” on ships and aircraft and can often consolidate cargo from a a number of individual exporters to give you the best freight rates.
We are able to assist exporters in calculating the cost involved in exporting goods to a particular destination. We can also advise on the most economical means of transport, i.e. air, sea or a combination of both - and advise whether savings can be achieved by deferring dispatch, for example, until the next consolidated
We make sure export documents are absolutely correct so your international transactions are to be trouble free.
For your peace of mind, we are able to produce documents that comply with exporter's instructions, issue letters of credit and ensure that all regulatory requirements in the importer's country are adhered to.
We can prepare all documents and other activities required for international shipping including commercial invoices, shipper’s export declarations, bills of lading and all other documents required by the carriers or countries of export or import.
We are trained and licensed to deal with perishable and dangerous goods, oversized loads, time sensitive freight, and are with you for everything you need. We work hard to stay ahead of the constant changes to laws, regulations, and practices worldwide.
We are able to monitor the movement and location of your shipment from the time it leaves the exporter's premises to the time it arrives at the importer's premises, and to know where it is at all times. We have the facility to store outgoing and incoming cargo usually including Bond Storage.
We are also able to arrange customs inspection by the Australian Customs Service or other agencies if this cannot be conveniently accomplished at the exporter's premises.
